General shape of resin molded product, required quantity, delivery date, delivery place, etc. If there is no drawing, we will also create a drawing. Clarify the mold estimate, product estimate (product unit price), scheduled completion date of the mold, T1-T3 schedule, transportation costs, etc. We will respond to each process of mold design 仺parts processing 仺assembly仺rubbing仺surface treatment in the shortest delivery time. Our staff will be present at the molding company to mold the requested parts. The molding company confirms quality and establishes production conditions. We will make adjustments and rework. The customer himself/herself confirms the molding status and product quality. If a business trip is not possible, our representative will act on your behalf. We deliver the dimensional data and product samples to the customer for confirmation. If there is no problem with the product, we will start producing the required quantity. The product will be delivered to the specified location on the specified date. |
